can debt collector get you money out of the bank without checking to see where the source is? like ssi?
the debtor is not a government agency!

- Yes, in some instances they can, espically if you owe government agencies in any way, they will garnish your bank account.
- Debt collectors, bailiffs and similar vermin cannot take a bean from you without a court order. Then they can take it whatever its source.
