How many more Norwegian Christmas Trees to the UK for their WW2 debt is it going to take?
"In December each year, Norway gives a Christmas tree to the United Kingdom, in thanks for the UK's assistance during World War II. A ceremony takes place to erect the tree in Trafalgar Square.[15]" -Wikipedia Does anyone know what year they will pay back the United Kingdom? :)

- why should the custom end? I think one tree per year is not to much to pay as you put it. What a goofy question!!!!!!
- i don't think it is meant to be a payment in financial terms, it is meant to be a gesture of friendship. it is in memory of a time when things were very grim in Europe, and Norway and other occupied countries suffered greatly.
