Debt Problems
I need to borrow about AUD1000,000 to purchase property and consolidate debts?
I have no savings and need the funds to cover costs etc. I will be able to repay the debt. I am a professional and have been with the same employer for about 10 years and have a very good income. I also have a good credit history with no defaults. I wish to purchase property which I will be able to redevelop in order to repay the debt within the next 5 years or so

- well i'm thinking if you have to ask on y/a then you must not be smart enough to know how to get the loan. and look at what you typed in for the amount. or are you hoping someone here will give you the money?
- What you'd need is a 100% loan. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping around, just try www.infochoice.com.au or another mortgage information website and see which companies have a max LVR (loan to value ratio) of 100%. You will probably qualify with all the ones that have 100% loans due to your good income and employment history.
